The Vietnamese representative wore a striking yellow outfit designed by Le Ngoc Lam, inspired by the image of swans. "The 3D design depicts two delicate swans embracing the chest area, combined with the fluidity of the flowing fabric."
"The lower part of the dress is embellished with tubular beads that catch the light on stage, shimmering under the glow of the gemstones, helping Le Hoang Phuong exude an air of sophistication, power, and elegance with every step," designer Le Ngoc Tam shared with Dan Viet.

Prior to the Miss Grand International 2023 semi-finals, Le Hoang Phuong led the Top 10 Best in Swimsuit list as voted by the audience. Following the Vietnamese representative in the Top 10 Best in Swimsuit were contestants from Myanmar; Thailand; Peru; Indonesia; Cambodia; Colombia; Brazil; Bolivia and Guatemala.
According to the organizers, the Miss Grand International 2023 final will take place in Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of October 25th. At this important event, Miss Grand International Isabella Menin will crown her successor.
