At the end of its operation, several Party organizations were merged, and two new Party committees were established.

On February 17th, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee announced several decisions related to the reorganization of the administrative apparatus and personnel matters.

According to decisions announced by the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, Nguyen Van Va, the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee decided to terminate the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and the Provincial Committee for the Protection and Care of Cadre Health.

Simultaneously, the activities of 8 Party Committees (Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Party Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Party Committee of the Provincial Women's Union; Party Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Party Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association; Party Committee of the Provincial Veterans' Association; Party Committee of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; Party Committee of the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts Associations), and 3 Party Committees (Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court; Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy) were concluded.

According to the published decisions, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term, directly under the Provincial Party Committee. This includes party committees and branches in specialized advisory and support agencies, public service units of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, the People's Procuracy, the People's Court, mass organizations assigned tasks at the provincial level by the Party and the State, and party organizations of specialized advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee, political and social organizations of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc…

The Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term began operating on March 1, 2025. Eighteen individuals were appointed by the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee to the Executive Committee, and nine individuals to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

Mr. Le Quoc Chinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, has been appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Nam Dinh Province; Mr. Pham Duy Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, is appointed as Standing Deputy Secretary; and Mr. Dinh Xuan Hung, Director of the Department of Transport, is appointed as full-time Deputy Secretary.

The Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee also decided to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term, directly under the Provincial Party Committee, comprising Party organizations in specialized agencies and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, state-owned enterprises, central agencies located in the locality, and Party organizations of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee, and political and social organizations of the Provincial People's Committee's agencies.

The Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province for the 2020-2025 term began operating on March 1, 2025. 23 individuals were appointed to the Executive Committee, and 7 individuals to the Standing Committee.

Mr. Pham Dinh Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, has been appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee of Nam Dinh; Mr. Tran Anh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, is appointed as the Standing Deputy Secretary; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Provincial Party Committee Member and Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, is appointed as the full-time Deputy Secretary.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee also decided to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The new department will begin operations from March 1, 2025.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Propaganda Department of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, has been assigned and appointed to the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee. The Department has five Deputy Heads, who were formerly Deputy Heads of the Propaganda Department and Deputy Heads of the Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
