Keysight joins TSMC's 3DFabric open innovation platform alliance.

This alliance focuses on the rapid deployment of innovative achievements at the system and semiconductor chip (silicon) level, helping to develop next-generation computing and mobile applications using TSMC's 3DFabric technology.

Keysight has just joined TSMC's alliance.

As a member of the 3DFabric Alliance, Keysight has access to the TSMC 3Dblox standard, which aims to develop testing solutions and electronic design automation (EDA) software. Keysight will have access to 3DFabric technologies to optimize design tools and processes, thereby accelerating the 3D integrated circuit design process. In addition, Keysight will collaborate with TSMC on testing and measurement methodologies, ensuring the quality and reliability of 3D integrated circuit designs.

Keysight will also participate in TSMC's 3Dblox standardization efforts to address the increasing complexity of 3D integrated circuit design. The 3Dblox standard unifies the design ecosystem with standardized EDA tools and workflows. This modular standard models key physical protocols and logical connection information in 3D integrated circuit designs in a single format.
