Throughout his life, President Ho Chi Minh always showed immense love and affection for the younger generation. He emphasized: "The prosperity or decline, strength or weakness of the nation depends largely on the youth." Bearing in mind Uncle Ho's teachings, and with the spirit of "Wherever there is a need, the youth are there; wherever there is difficulty, the youth are there," the youth of Phu Yen have been pioneers, leading the way, and volunteering in all activities, contributing to socio-economic development and building a prosperous homeland.

Young Party members are deeply imbued with the Six Teachings of President Ho Chi Minh for the People's Police.

Senior Lieutenant Pham Le Duy, a member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police, has been honored by the Ministry of Public Security and the Central Youth Union as an outstanding youth in the People's Public Security Force for the period 2023-2025. For this nine-year-old Party member, this is both an honor and a source of pride, as well as a motivation for him to continue striving to study and follow the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

To achieve this accomplishment in 2023-2024, Lieutenant Duy was awarded the title of "Outstanding Soldier at the grassroots level," received a commendation from the Ministry of Public Security for his excellent achievements in the "For National Security" emulation movement during the 2022-2023 period, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety; and received numerous commendations and certificates of merit from the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Police, and the Party Committee of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department. As a member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, he directly advised and directed the organization and implementation of 7 political activities and traditional education programs for union members and young people in the unit. Notably, he organized a political activity program and a reunion night for conscripted soldiers from the 2022-2024 and 2023-2025 cohorts who had completed their military service. Organizing political activities to commemorate the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's Six Teachings for the People's Police (March 11, 1948 - March 11, 2023) for Youth Union members; organizing activities to visit historical sites and political events on major national and sectoral holidays…

In addition, Lieutenant Duy directly advised, directed, and participated in 7 volunteer activities in response to the 2023 Winter Volunteer Movement, the 2024 Spring Volunteer Movement, Youth Month, and the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. Through these activities, he constructed and handed over 6 youth projects, and donated over 200 gifts to poor households, families in difficult circumstances, students, and disabled children, with a total fundraising of over 200 million VND. He regularly advised, organized, and participated in youth union activities and movements focusing on areas with complex security and order issues, remote areas, ethnic minority areas, as well as key areas prone to fire and explosions; and organized the dissemination of knowledge, laws, and skills in fire prevention and rescue to over 50 agencies, businesses, schools, and residential areas.

Promoting the Youth Innovation movement, this Party member born in 1994 directly advised on the implementation of administrative procedure reform in fire prevention and control for the working team; advised the team commander and department leaders to effectively implement the full and partial online public service delivery process for administrative procedures in the field of fire prevention and control; coordinated with Youth Union members in the unit to receive and advise on the online resolution of 100% of fire prevention and control dossiers, contributing to the unit achieving the highest online dossier resolution rate in the entire Phu Yen Public Security force.

Duy confided: "Bearing in mind Uncle Ho's teachings, I always strive to cultivate a firm political ideology, ensuring peace of mind in my work; I maintain a simple, clean, and healthy lifestyle, fostering solidarity with my comrades; and I am ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to spreading the image of a courageous, humane, and people-serving police officer."

Not only Lieutenant Duy, but many young cadres, Party members, and a large number of Youth Union members in the province have taken to heart Uncle Ho's teachings, striving to compete in training, studying, and working. As a result, thousands of practical and meaningful youth projects and activities have been carried out by Youth Union branches at all levels through their proactive and voluntary efforts.

According to Mr. Luong Minh Tung, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union: Throughout his revolutionary life, President Ho Chi Minh devoted much time to caring for and educating the younger generation. He always placed his complete trust in the Youth Union and emphasized: "Youth will be the masters of the country. Only by constantly learning and progressing can one truly be considered youth." Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, the youth of Phu Yen have always been at the forefront in all aspects; enthusiastically competing in learning, working, and production, conquering scientific and technological advancements; participating in volunteer activities everywhere, unafraid of difficulties and hardships for the community, homeland, and country.

Uncle Ho's teachings have transformed into a driving force, motivating each person to strive for excellence in work, production, and building their homeland, in order to repay the love and respect of their beloved Father figure.

Bearing in mind President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, the youth must be trained to become successors in building socialism, being both "red" (ideologically sound) and "expert" (professionally competent). The work of educating the younger generation on traditions, ideology, and politics has always been highly valued and implemented through various solutions by all levels of the Youth Union. A key focus is the effective implementation of the campaign to build the model of Vietnamese youth in the new era, based on the moral values ​​and good qualities of the Vietnamese people, with the core values: "Pure heart - Bright mind - Great ambition."

With the spirit of "Wherever youth are needed, youth will be there; whatever is difficult, youth will overcome it," the revolutionary action movements of the Youth Union have been strongly implemented, attracting a large number of young people to participate and creating a positive effect in the community; many models, projects, and tasks bearing the unique mark of youth, and many exemplary young people have made positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province. "The youth of Phu Yen will strive to cultivate virtue and talent, enthusiastically contributing to the construction of an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland, and together with youth nationwide, continue to write the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh generation," Mr. Tung emphasized.
