This time, the tourism training course according to VTOS standards (tourism, hotel and restaurant skills standards) focuses on the restaurant sector. Thereby, it aims to create opportunities and conditions for students in both management and service staff to approach operational standards, service solutions, processes and control restaurant operations in a professional manner.

On the morning of March 28, in Thanh Hoa City, the Thanh Hoa Tourism Consulting - Training - Service - Promotion Center (Provincial Tourism Association) held the opening ceremony of a tourism training course according to VTOS standards for restaurant service businesses.

The training course was attended by 50 students, including the management and staff of Hac Thanh The Street restaurant (Dong Cuong ward, Thanh Hoa city). The training program was directly taught and guided by lecturers from the Center for Consulting - Training - Services - Tourism Promotion (Vietnam Tourism Association).

The program is directly taught and guided by lecturers from the Center for Consulting - Training - Services - Tourism Promotion (Vietnam Tourism Association).

Based on a survey of the actual situation, the training program will focus on a number of contents, including: restaurant operations; sales training, management and measurement indicators; reception, service and bar operations.

Ms. Bui Thi Thu Huyen (Vietnam Tourism Association) delivered a presentation at the class.

In each topic, students will be divided into groups to exchange, discuss, and practice work directly at Hac Thanh The Street restaurant under the guidance and supervision of experts. Students who meet the requirements of the training course will be awarded a certificate by the Vietnam Tourism Association.

The training program will end on April 5.
