MB Bank Cao Bang Branch Opens

Attending the ceremony were General Be Xuan Truong, former member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Deputy Minister of National Defense, and Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Association; and Lieutenant Colonel Pham Nhu Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of MB Bank.

Representing the provincial leadership were: Mr. Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Ms. Nguyen Bich Ngoc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Le Hai Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the City Party Committee; Mr. Vu Dinh Quang, Provincial Party Committee Member and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and leaders from several departments, agencies, and districts and cities.
