Jung Hae Seong, a clever and mysterious young man, begins investigating a skeleton discovered on campus. After careful examination, he discovers it's just a fake skeleton. Along with his companion, they quickly leave the scene. Jung Hae Seong brings the collected clues back to the office, and together with his group, begins deciphering the meaning behind them. Realizing that this mystery is connected to four ghost stories at the school, they decide to delve into each story to find the answer.

Meanwhile, Seo Myeong Ju, the school president, knew about the discovery of the skeleton but took no action. She secretly planned to use the school's top students, especially Jung Hae Seong, to unravel the mystery for her own personal gain.

Jung Hae Seong's group began investigating the second ghost story – about a pendulum clock. The clock had been broken for a long time, but it still chimed at midnight when only one person was in the room. At that time, a pair of red eyes would appear and grab the person. While listening to the story, Jung Hae Seong was dragged away by his homeroom teacher, O Su A, who thought he was lying.

Jung Hae Seong followed the clue and found the security guard. The guard recounted that last night, while feeding the cat, he accidentally discovered a skeleton in a hidden corner, causing the students to think it was a ghost.

Jung Hae Seong's group moves to a new base at a sandwich shop. Meanwhile, O Su A accidentally sees Lee Dong Min being bullied by his friends and follows them to help. She discovers she misunderstood Jung Hae Seong – he's not the one who scammed Dong Min's grandmother.

Jung Hae Seong was helping Dong Min's grandmother get home when she met Dong Min. After a conversation, the two became friends and promised to help each other in times of need.

On the bus, O Su A reflected on the events of that morning. Another teacher advised her not to interfere and to pretend she knew nothing. Coincidentally, she met Jung Hae Seong at the grocery store and the two talked about Dong Min being bullied.

That evening, Dong Min's grandmother was arrested, and Dong Min immediately called Jung Hae Seong for help. The next morning, the school was abuzz with the news of Tae Su being exposed (by O Su A).

While Jung Hae Seong is investigating the mystery of the pendulum clock, he unexpectedly encounters Seo Myeong Ju. She urges him to quickly decipher the mystery, but in reality, she's using him.

Tae So goes to Dong Min's house and demands that he blame Jung Hae Seong entirely during tomorrow's disciplinary hearing if he wants to save his grandmother. This will result in Jung Hae Seong being expelled from school.

That evening, Jung Hae Seong went to see Dong Min and asked him why he had done it. After learning the reason, Jung Hae Seong forgave Dong Min and contacted Ko Yeong Hun to reverse the situation during the disciplinary hearing the next day.

While O Su A tries to keep Jung Hae Seong occupied on his way to school, he makes a striking appearance on his motorcycle, earning everyone's admiration. He carries the reputation of a "virtual game scammer" but also proves that he's not a bad person.
