The art exhibition "Along the Heritage Trail" showcases 112 illustrations by young artist Le Rin. The event will take place at Ho Van Lake, within the Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam National Special Monument, from April 6th to May 30th.
At the exhibition, the public will be immersed in the beautiful scenery, food, and heritage stories of each region through vibrant watercolor paintings.
Young artist Le Rin lives in Ho Chi Minh City. He is the author of two art books, "Delicious Vietnam" and "Vietnam: A Journey Through the Countryside" (Volume 1), about cuisine , tourism, and culture.
With a love for travel and a passion for traditional cuisine, artist Le Rin's illustrations are always rich in flavor and deeply imbued with the cultural essence of each place he has visited.
A creative turning point in Le Rin's career stemmed from a plan she had after quitting her office job. While temporarily stepping away from her office work, Le Rin decided to embark on a motorbike trip from Saigon to Ly Son Island. This unique journey inspired her debut project, "Delicious Vietnam," a vibrant watercolor-style map of the culinary traditions of Vietnam's three regions.
Since then, each of Le Rin's works has not only been a painting but also a story about people, nature, and culture, meticulously researched and recreated with the subtlety of someone who loves their homeland with all their heart.
