The India Corner in Ninh Thuan, located at the Provincial Library, displays over 100 books and documents on various fields including culture, society, economics , education, and tourism. This aims to meet the needs of those seeking information about India and its people, encompassing many areas, and to promote the image of India to local residents, intellectuals, researchers, students, and tourists. All equipment and materials for the India Corner were provided by the Indian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, demonstrating the close relationship between Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi, the Indian Consul General, and Ninh Thuan province during his tenure and upon the successful completion of his term in Vietnam.
Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India, and leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the India Corner in Ninh Thuan.
It is known that India has recently sponsored the construction of a Cham community center in Bau Truc, Phuoc Dan town (Ninh Phuoc).
