Mr. Tran Van Sau, Principal of Dong Khoi Secondary School, said that the unit had just received textbooks transferred by the Vietnam Education Publishing House (PB) including 2 sets of books: Creative Horizon; Connecting Knowledge and Life. The recent historic flood left 742 students of the school without books, notebooks, and school supplies to study; all teaching equipment and simulation experiments in the subject rooms were swept away or damaged. The timely support of textbooks has helped the school and students organize teaching and learning more smoothly. This is also a motivation for teachers and students to try to overcome difficulties in the teaching process after the flood; ensuring the progress of the first semester program of the 2025-2026 school year.

Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Kieu, Vice Principal of Hoa Thinh Primary School, said that the school has also received 805 sets of Canh Dieu books supported by the Ministry of Education and Training. On the morning of November 26, students returned to school but each class only had one book from the teacher, making teaching and learning very difficult. The school will distribute enough textbooks to students on Saturday and Sunday so that they can proactively prepare lessons according to the timetable.
It is known that the Education sector recorded 226 units suffering widespread damage due to floods. The total estimated damage is more than 178 billion VND.
