Passion for art is good, but it's okay if we fall behind, but if the kids in our neighborhood fail the 10th grade, the whole family will lose sleep until morning. Besides written propaganda materials, the unit created videos using AI tools, with relatable messages to reach a wider audience and increase communication effectiveness. A post on the Tan Hung Police fanpage urging residents to "try to refrain from singing a little so the children can do well in the exam" has now garnered over 11,000 views and numerous thank-you comments from parents and students. "Wishing all students calmness, confidence, and the best possible results in the 10th grade entrance exam. We hope families and parents will be confident and support their children," Lieutenant Binh Minh and Lieutenant Phuong Anh conveyed to students through Thanh Nien Newspaper.

Many wards and communes are supporting students during the exam season.

Along with disseminating information through social media, during this time, many localities in Ho Chi Minh City, such as Chanh Hung Ward and Tan My Ward, have been conducting direct outreach, urging and reminding people to reduce noise, temporarily stop singing karaoke in public places and residential areas that cause noise affecting the lives of others, so that students can concentrate on studying for their exams.

Mr. Duong Van Dan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Chanh Hung Ward, said that at the meeting on the afternoon of May 27th, they also coordinated with the ward police force and neighborhood leaders to remind and encourage people not to cause noise or disorder in residential areas and public places. This is to comply with Government Decree 282/2025 on administrative penalties for violations in the field of security, order, social safety, and prevention of social evils; and to allow students to focus on studying and preparing for the 10th grade entrance exam taking place on June 1st and 2nd.

Previously, on May 8th, the People's Committee of Mo Cay commune, Vinh Long province, issued a document regarding the temporary suspension and restriction of karaoke activities in households and establishments where people sing together in the area. This was done to create favorable conditions for students to focus on reviewing and preparing for the end-of-semester 2 exams, especially the 2026 high school graduation exam (taking place from June 10-12). The Mo Cay commune police quoted the above document and posted it on their fanpage with the following content: "Temporarily giving karaoke systems an 'early summer break' so that students can focus on exam preparation. Singing might not require memorizing lyrics because there's karaoke. But the kids need to remember the songs, with all the formulas. Let's all cooperate according to the announcement of the People's Committee of the commune, keep quiet today so that we can celebrate the exam results of our children and grandchildren tomorrow."

According to the official document, Mo Cay commune requests that agencies, units, village heads, karaoke establishments, households, and all residents raise awareness and limit the use of loud sound equipment during periods when students are reviewing for exams. Karaoke establishments and household karaoke venues with soundproof rooms should operate only during registered hours, adjust volume appropriately, and minimize disruption to surrounding residents; households holding wedding receptions and related events should use appropriate volume during appropriate times, ensuring civility and avoiding disruption to the studies and rest of students and residents.
