Pension payment schedule for June 2026 in Lao Cai.

According to the Vietnam Social Security (BHXH) plan for pension and social insurance benefit payments in June 2026, beneficiaries in Lao Cai province will receive payments via their personal accounts starting from June 2nd. For those receiving payments in cash, the payment will be made according to the schedule of the Social Security agency and the local payment service provider.

Local social insurance agencies are implementing the plan to pay pensions and social insurance benefits for June 2026, creating conditions for beneficiaries to proactively monitor and carry out related transactions.

According to regulations of the Vietnam Social Security, localities are divided into groups for payment schedules. Lao Cai is among the 13 provinces and cities that pay pensions and social insurance benefits via individual bank accounts on the second working day of the month.

For June 2026, the second working day falls on June 2nd. Therefore, pensioners and recipients of social insurance benefits in Lao Cai who register to receive payments via bank account will have their money transferred from this date.

Besides Lao Cai, the group of localities that made payments on June 2nd also included Hanoi , Lai Chau, Thanh Hoa, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and Dong Thap.

According to Vietnam Social Security, pension and social insurance benefit payments are currently made through two methods: receiving through personal bank accounts and receiving in cash.

For cash recipients, the Social Insurance agency will coordinate with the payment service provider to organize the payment according to the plan in each locality. If the payment time coincides with a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be postponed to the next working day.

According to Vietnam Social Security, receiving pensions and social insurance benefits through bank accounts helps beneficiaries receive money more quickly and conveniently, while also contributing to promoting cashless payments.
