Accordingly, the Bau Can – Tan Hiep industrial park is being developed according to the model of a new generation industrial city, with a first phase scale of 1,000 hectares and a total investment of nearly 10,500 billion VND. The project is located right at the southern gateway of Long Thanh Airport, with convenient connections to the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, Ring Road 4, and the Cai Mep Thi Vai deep-water seaport.

Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of KN Holdings Group, shared information about the Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park project.

The project has many favorable conditions to attract specialized investors that bring high value, aiming to deeply participate in the global supply chain with high-tech industries, using clean energy, prioritizing fields such as: semiconductor manufacturing - chips - microcircuits - electronic components, aerospace support industries, precision mechanics, data centers and smart logistics.

According to Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong, Vice Chairwoman and General Director of KN Holdings Group, representing the investor, the Bau Can – Tan Hiep industrial park project aims to attract FDI capital of 15 to 20 billion USD in the 2026-2030 period, creating jobs for over 50,000 workers, of which approximately 40% are highly skilled technical workers. Simultaneously, the first phase's infrastructure will be completed and land will be ready for handover to secondary investors from the fourth quarter of 2026. Once the factories are operational, the industrial park will make a positive contribution to the annual GDP growth of Dong Nai province.

Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, delivered a speech at the launching ceremony of the province's largest industrial park project.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang shared that the launch of the Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park project is of paramount importance, creating a high-quality industrial land fund with synchronized infrastructure. The project will attract high-tech and environmentally friendly projects, creating significant added value in line with Dong Nai province's orientation. The province is committed to supporting and creating favorable conditions for businesses to implement the project on schedule, ensuring the quality of a model industrial park.
