(HBĐT) - According to information from the authorities, the People's Procuracy of Hoa Binh City has approved the decision to prosecute the case and prosecute two suspects for "organizing illegal racing" at the request of the Investigation Police Department of Hoa Binh City Police.

Accordingly, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoa Binh City Police has decided to initiate a criminal case and prosecute Vu Hoai Nam (born 2001), residing in Huu Nghi Ward, and Nguyen Le Cuong (born 2007), residing in Trung Minh Ward, for the crime of "organizing illegal racing".

Previously, from the people's crime report about a group of young men (6 people) illegally racing on Tran Hung Dao street in Phuong Lam ward (the criminal act of the subjects was recorded and posted in a video clip about 13 seconds long on some social networking sites. The content of the posted video clip shows a person standing up to signal the remaining 5 young men sitting on a motorbike preparing to race).

After receiving the crime report along with the accompanying documents and video clips, Hoa Binh City Police directed the professional team to coordinate with other units to verify and clarify the case. The city police summoned the relevant subjects to the agency for questioning. During the investigation, the authorities identified and clarified the masterminds and leaders, Vu Hoai Nam and Nguyen Le Cuong.

Currently, the authorities are completing the case file to handle it according to the provisions of law.
