Checking the preparation of the art program "Tam Chuc Halo"

On the afternoon of May 19, Comrade Nguyen Anh Chuc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the preparations for the art program "Tam Chuc Halo". Accompanying him were leaders of the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related units.

Comrade Nguyen Anh Chuc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee listened to the units report on the preparation work.

The delegation inspected the stage preparation, fireworks display location, security and order, fire prevention and fighting... at the event area (Thuy Dinh Square, Tam Chuc Tourist Area). According to the reports of the units, the preparation work for the program is being urgently deployed. Regarding the stage design area, it is expected to be completed on the morning of May 20, handed over to the event organizer, the performing arts team to practice and coordinate the program. The unit in charge of the fireworks display has surveyed 2 locations and completed the procedures according to regulations.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Anh Chuc, encouraged the units participating in the organization to overcome the weather difficulties and complete the assigned tasks well. At the same time, he noted that in the conditions of a large number of people and tourists coming to worship and pay homage to the Buddha's relics, it is necessary to increase the force to direct traffic, ensure traffic safety; maintain security and order, and propagate to make people vigilant against pickpockets and property theft. The event organizers will coordinate with the relevant agencies to carry out activities smoothly and in accordance with the permitted conditions.

The event organizer is urgently assembling the stage, expected to be completed by the morning of May 20.

The art program “Tam Chuc Halo” is part of the Ha Nam Province Culture and Tourism Week 2025 and the event of the procession and enshrinement of the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni at Tam Chuc Pagoda, which will take place at 8:10 p.m. on May 20 at Nha Thuy Dinh Square, Tam Chuc Tourist Area. After the art program is a high-altitude fireworks display.

The program will be broadcast live on Ha Nam Newspaper and digital platforms of Ha Nam Newspaper, Nam Dinh Newspaper, Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio - Television Station.
