The delegation inspected the preparations for the stage, the fireworks display location, security and order arrangements, and fire prevention measures at the event area (Water Pavilion Square, Tam Chuc Tourist Area). According to reports from the relevant units, preparations for the program are being carried out urgently. Regarding the stage design, it is expected to be completed and handed over to the event organizers by the morning of May 20th, allowing the performing arts team to practice and coordinate the program. The unit responsible for the fireworks display has surveyed two locations and completed all necessary procedures.
Comrade Nguyen Anh Chuc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, encouraged the participating units to overcome weather-related difficulties and successfully complete their assigned tasks. He also noted that, given the large number of people and tourists coming to venerate the Buddha's relics, it is necessary to strengthen traffic management and ensure traffic safety; maintain security and order; and raise public awareness about pickpocketing and theft. The event organizing unit should coordinate with relevant agencies to implement activities smoothly and appropriately under the given conditions.
The art program "Tam Chuc's Radiance," part of the 2025 Ha Nam Province Culture and Tourism Week and the procession and enshrinement of the relics of Shakyamuni Buddha at Tam Chuc Pagoda, will take place at 8:10 PM on May 20th at the Water Pavilion Square, Tam Chuc Tourist Area. Following the art program will be a high-altitude fireworks display.
The program will be broadcast live on Ha Nam Newspaper and the digital platforms of Ha Nam Newspaper, Nam Dinh Newspaper, and Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio-Television Station.
