On June 15th, SADO Glass Technology Joint Stock Company (SADO Group) - Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, announced that it has a new owner and is implementing restructuring activities, increasing working capital, investing in and upgrading new machinery and equipment, opening a new development cycle for the company.

Accordingly, with assets worth trillions of VND, a major investor has acquired 100% of the company's shares, changing the shareholders and restructuring SADO Group. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van, the new shareholder, will hold the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of SADO Group.
Along with that, SADO increased its working capital, invested in more modern machinery and equipment, upgraded its production lines; strengthened training for its personnel and engineers operating automated machinery and equipment, and improved their professional skills. At the same time, the group changed its business direction and announced a new name on its business license: "SADO Glass Technology Joint Stock Company".
"We saw SADO's potential in terms of infrastructure, modern machinery and equipment imported from Germany and other European countries, as well as its advantageous geographical location and extensive experience in the field of glass product manufacturing, and decided to invest in SADO Group," a SADO representative shared.

Based on this, SADO will change its business direction. Instead of processing and installing aluminum and glass components for projects as before, SADO will focus on manufacturing all types of building glass and interior and exterior decorative glass. In addition, the company will develop new product lines such as ceramic-printed decorative glass and CNC machining using Rapid machines imported from Germany.
"After restructuring, SADO will focus on developing export products for demanding markets. Currently, the company's products are exported to the US, and in the future, we will continue to expand export markets to optimize factory capacity," a SADO representative informed.
