On June 15, SADO Glass Technology Joint Stock Company (SADO Group) - Bien Hoa City - Dong Nai , announced information about having a new owner, at the same time implementing restructuring activities, increasing working capital, investing and upgrading new machinery and equipment systems, opening a new development cycle of the company.

Accordingly, with assets worth thousands of billions of VND, a large investor has acquired 100% of the company's shares, changed new shareholders and restructured SADO Group. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van, the new shareholder, will hold the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of SADO Group.

Along with that, SADO has increased working capital, invested in more modern machinery and equipment systems, upgraded production lines; strengthened training for staff and engineers operating automated machinery and equipment lines, and improved professional skills. At the same time, the group changed its business orientation and announced a new name change on its business license to "SADO Glass Technology Joint Stock Company".

"We see SADO's potential in terms of infrastructure, modern machinery and equipment imported from Germany and European countries, as well as the advantage of favorable geographical location along with extensive experience in the field of glass product processing and manufacturing and decided to invest in SADO Group" - SADO's representative shared.

On that basis, SADO will change its business orientation, instead of processing and installing aluminum and glass items for projects as before. SADO focuses on processing and manufacturing all construction glass products, interior and exterior decorative glass. In addition, the company will develop new products such as ceramic printed decorative glass and process CNC products on Rapid machine lines imported from Germany.

"After restructuring, SADO will promote the development of export products to demanding markets. Currently, the company's products have been exported to the US. In the coming time, we will continue to expand the export market to optimize factory capacity" - SADO representative informed.
