Every few days, residents of Vinh Trach Dong commune ( Bac Lieu City) see him carrying a shovel to the bridge near his house to do his familiar job of shoveling away the soil and weeds growing on the bridge's surface (photo) . Looking at him, the man is over 60 years old, but his movements are still strong and agile. When asked about his work, he sincerely said that although it's a little tiring, it makes the village cleaner and more beautiful, and more importantly, ensures the safety of road users.

His meaningful actions and way of thinking also represent the support and cooperation of the people with the government in building new rural areas into beautiful and livable villages.
