Lam Dong province launches fundraising campaign to support the people of Cuba.

On the morning of September 8th, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province organized a ceremony to launch a fundraising campaign to support the people of Cuba.

Comrade Pham Trieu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, delivered a speech launching the fundraising campaign to support the people of Cuba.

Following the directives of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on implementing the campaign to support the Cuban people, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province was assigned to preside over and coordinate with agencies and units to implement the campaign to support the Cuban people throughout the province.

Accordingly, the campaign to support the Cuban people is being implemented throughout the province. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province calls on member organizations, officials, civil servants, and employees in the Fatherland Front system at all levels to actively respond and contribute according to their abilities to jointly spread the spirit of mutual support and compassion to the Cuban people.

Comrade Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, participated in contributing to support the Cuban people.

This activity carries profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the compassionate tradition and spirit of solidarity and international mutual assistance of the Vietnamese people in general and Lam Dong province in particular towards the brotherly country of Cuba.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Pham Trieu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, affirmed: For the past 65 years, the Vietnam-Cuba relationship has become a model symbol of special, loyal, and unwavering solidarity. In the current context, when Cuba faces many socio-economic difficulties due to geopolitical conditions, natural disasters, and epidemics, the sharing and support from Vietnam is even more profoundly meaningful, providing further motivation for the Cuban people to steadfastly overcome challenges.
