A few minutes ago, actress Lan Phuong continued to share information surrounding her decision to divorce her Western husband that she made public a few days ago on her personal page, causing a stir in public opinion.
The mother of two wrote: "In March 2025, I suddenly realized everything was clear. The pieces that I had struggled to understand for the past 7 years finally connected together. I was so desperate when I couldn't understand. Thinking back on that feeling, I still shudder."
The actress of "Thuong Ngay Nang Ve" said she filed for unilateral divorce from her Western husband at the end of May. "Every time I am called to court, even if it is just to provide additional documents, I feel a little more relieved. It feels like the door to freedom is getting closer, even though in reality I don't know how long it will take and how many more difficulties there will be.
But every time I drive to the building, even though there are always traffic jams, many overpasses, and if I take a wrong turn it takes me another 20 minutes to get back, just a glimpse of the majestic white building in the distance makes me smile and my heart lighten a little. Strangely enough - the place people usually don't want to go - is where I find salvation."
Previously, Lan Phuong mentioned many times that she suffered from severe depression after giving birth to her second daughter. She also often shared about her feelings of loneliness and depression on her personal page for a long time. Since mid-February 2025, the actress has not posted photos or mentioned her Western husband.
