It is evident that in recent times, the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings have been effectively implemented by Party organizations, agencies, and units. The inclusion of thematic study content in monthly regular meetings has created positive changes in the awareness and actions of Party committees, branches, cadres, and Party members. In implementing Conclusion 01 of the Politburo , cadres and Party members, especially key officials and leaders at all levels, have consistently set a good example in cultivating moral character and lifestyle; a democratic working style, daring to think and act; upholding a high sense of responsibility; and consciously conducting self-criticism and criticism in fulfilling their assigned duties, contributing to enhancing the people's trust in the Party's leadership and the State's administration and management.

All levels, sectors, localities, and units have effectively organized and implemented patriotic emulation movements, motivating cadres, Party members, and the people to unite in successfully carrying out the political tasks of their localities and units, especially supporting the people in overcoming difficulties and restoring economic development after the Covid-19 pandemic. Many advanced and effective models and examples, such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Self-managed residential areas for environmental sanitation", "All people participate in maintaining security and order", "Farmers excelling in production and business", "Rice jar of compassion", "Helping each other reduce poverty", "Volunteer Saturday", "Bright - green - clean - beautiful roads"... these advanced and effective models and examples have created strong changes among cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members, and the people; Raising awareness and taking action, actively researching, studying, and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style through concrete and effective deeds.

Throughout his revolutionary leadership, President Ho Chi Minh always urged cadres and Party members to set an example, because, according to him: "A hundred eloquent speeches are not worth one living example."

Therefore, to further spread the learning and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, agencies, units, and localities need to constantly innovate the forms and methods of propaganda to ensure that the learning and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings are appropriate, diverse, lively, and attractive, linked to various campaigns and patriotic emulation movements. Emphasis should be placed on the "exemplary conduct" of each cadre and Party member to prevent and combat the decline in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, as well as manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation." At the same time, it is necessary to identify, commend, and replicate good examples, good deeds, advanced models, effective methods, and successful approaches in learning and emulating President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, creating a ripple effect within each agency, unit, and among all strata of the population.
