Duong No Ward is considered one of the largest flower growing areas in Hue City. There are currently about 900 households growing flowers in the area, concentrated in Tien Non village.

To prepare for Tet, flower growers plant seeds in the 7th lunar month. By mid-December, they begin supplying the market.
