Lang Son organizes art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

The program was attended by leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province; departments, agencies, unions, armed forces of Lang Son province; leaders of wards: Dong Kinh, Ky Lua, Tam Thanh, Luong Van Tri... and many people from all walks of life in the area.

Along with the development of the whole country, over the past 80 years, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Lang Son province have always kept in mind the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho, united, strived to overcome difficulties, promoted revolutionary traditions and achieved many important results in all fields.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province followed the program.

The economy maintained a good growth rate, the structure shifted in the right direction; border trade, services, tourism and border gates continued to play a driving role. Agriculture developed sustainably, many typical products affirmed their brands. Culture and society made much progress; national defense and security were maintained; administrative reform and digital transformation were promoted, serving people and businesses better and better.

Joining in the atmosphere of the nation's great anniversary, Lang Son organized many meaningful activities such as: incense and flower offering ceremonies at the Ho Chi Minh Monument, the martyrs' cemetery; exhibitions, film screenings, cultural exchanges, and visual propaganda that have spread widely, arousing pride and fostering the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source".

The Art Program "Forever the Independence Flag" is the highlight of the series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 of Lang Son province.

In particular, Lang Son province participated in the 80-year national achievements exhibition in Hanoi with the theme "Lang Son - 80 years, the journey to rise", thereby vividly introducing the image of the borderland rich in tradition, while affirming its potential, advantages and aspirations for integration and development.

The highlight of the series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 is the art program "Forever the color of the independent flag". The songs, the bustling dances recreated the heroic historical journey of the nation, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, praising the homeland of Lang Son and the country of Vietnam.

The special art program took place with the theme "Forever the color of the independent flag", including 3 chapters: Chapter 1: Historical autumn; Chapter 2: Aspiration for peace; Chapter 3: Proudly stepping into the new era with elaborately invested performances, grand scale, high artistry, imbued with national cultural identity.

The program gathered more than 100 artists, professional actors, extras and artisans in the province to participate. Through the program, the heroic years of the history of the nation and Lang Son province were portrayed.

It can be said that the organization of the program has contributed to fostering love for the homeland, country, national pride, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, encouraging cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to actively respond to the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development tasks in 2025.
