According to Do Ly, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Mo Lao Ward, Nguyen Van Loc Street is mostly used for business and trade, so traffic safety violations are unavoidable. For constructions showing signs of violating building boundaries and density regulations, the People's Committee of the ward will assign relevant officials to re-examine the situation.
Previously, Dai Doan Ket Newspaper published an article titled "Numerous violations of urban order occur in Mo Lao ( Hanoi )," which reported that Nguyen Van Loc street (Mo Lao ward), recognized by the Hanoi People's Committee as a civilized urban street in Ha Dong district, is being encroached upon by many people who use the sidewalks and roadways for business purposes. In particular, many constructions show signs of violating building boundaries and density limits.

Specifically, many buildings at numbers 38; 101-109; 111-161; 165; 169… on Nguyen Van Loc street show signs of expansion, exceeding building density limits, and violating construction regulations.
Meanwhile, in the area around Road 36M and the flower garden of the Mo Lao urban area, the accumulation of construction materials, debris, and garbage is happening daily, making the area unsightly, detracting from urban aesthetics, and posing a risk of environmental pollution.

In the area of Alley 7, An Hoa Street, right behind the community cultural center of residential group No. 13, a portion of public land managed by the Mo Lao Ward People's Committee has also been illegally occupied and used for the construction of houses for a long time.
According to our investigation, this is part of plot number 78, map sheet number 28, with a total area of 167.6 m2, registered under the name of the People's Committee of Mo Lao Ward. On this plot of land is a single-story house with a corrugated iron roof and a mezzanine. The mezzanine has been extended into the space above the shared alleyway.

To clarify the issue, in an interview with a reporter from Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, Nguyen Van Nga, the urban construction officer of Mo Lao Ward People's Committee, stated: "These structures show signs of expansion using lightweight materials…". However, according to actual observations, most of these structures are built with bricks and cement, then roofed, or reinforced with concrete.

Regarding the reasons for the numerous violations, Deputy Chairman of Mo Lao Ward People's Committee Do Ly stated that due to the fact that Nguyen Van Loc street is mostly used for business and trade, traffic safety violations are unavoidable. As for constructions showing signs of violating building boundaries and density on Nguyen Van Loc street, the Ward People's Committee will assign relevant officials to re-examine them.
"The People's Committee of the ward's stance is to handle the matter according to regulations to prevent future violations. At the same time, we will strengthen regular inspections and enforcement. Regarding the constructions violating urban order and building regulations on Nguyen Van Loc street, we will develop a plan to thoroughly address the issue," Mr. Do Ly emphasized.
