Specifically: many constructions at numbers: 38; 101 - 109; 111 - 161; 165; 169... on Nguyen Van Loc street show signs of expansion, construction exceeding density, and violations of construction order.
In the area of Road 36M, Mo Lao urban area flower garden, the situation of gathering construction materials, waste, and garbage is happening every day, making this place messy, losing urban beauty, and risking environmental pollution.
In the area of lane 7, An Hoa street, right behind the cultural house of residential group number 13, a part of the public land area managed by the People's Committee of Mo Lao ward has also been illegally occupied for construction for a long time.
According to research, this is part of plot number 78, map sheet number 28, with a total area of 167.6 m2, the declared unit is the People's Committee of Mo Lao Ward. On the land there is a level 4 house with a corrugated iron roof and a mezzanine. The mezzanine is extended to the open space above the shared alley.

However, according to actual records, most of these constructions are built with bricks, cement, then roofed, or poured with solid concrete.
