The high-quality Dao Duy Tu Primary School (part of the Dao Duy Tu Education System) has received approval from Vinh Yen City to be established in April 2025. The school will begin operations in the 2025-2026 school year, with an expected enrollment of 90 students in grades 1, 2, and 3 (one class per grade, 30 students per class); the following year, the school will expand to 8 classes with 240 students.

The school also has fully equipped subject classrooms as per regulations, with significant investment in rooms for English, Chinese, art, and sports fields; it also has a year-round swimming pool to help students experience and develop their physical fitness. The school aims to provide a high-quality, advanced, and modern primary education environment, equipping students with comprehensive knowledge and skills, with an emphasis on foreign languages, including English as a second language and Chinese as a third language.
