The Da Lat Cherry Blossom Festival lasts for a month.

The People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat (Lam Dong Province) is coordinating with relevant units and localities to organize the Da Lat Cherry Blossom Festival. The festival is expected to take place from January 15th to February 15th, 2026, with many diverse activities focusing on the peak blooming period – which usually lasts from one to two weeks.

The festival space spans across the Xuân Hương, Lâm Viên, Xuân Trường, and Lang Biang wards of Da Lat, areas with a high density of cherry blossoms and the distinctive landscape of Da Lat.

Within the framework of the festival, 10 main programs are planned, including: the announcement of a map introducing the destination - Cherry blossom viewing tour; enjoying cherry blossoms and free coffee in the 18.4-hectare functional zone of Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area; "Cherry blossoms in Cau Dat tea region" at Cau Dat Tea Hill; "Cherry blossom dream in the heart of the valley" at the Valley of Love tourist area; and an art photography contest and exhibition "Cherry blossom colors" at Xuan Huong Park or Tran Hung Dao Street…

Currently, cherry blossoms have begun to bloom sporadically in some suburban areas of Da Lat and Lac Duong commune, promising a spectacular flowering season early next year.

Cherry blossoms have been widely planted in Da Lat since the early 2000s. To date, the city boasts a cluster of tens of thousands of trees, from ancient trees to young saplings, distributed along streets, schools, offices, and many religious establishments, becoming a distinctive symbol of spring in this mountain city.
