Schedule for the quarter-finals of the 2026 AFC U17 Championship

The 2026 AFC U17 Championship has successfully found 8 teams that have advanced to the quarterfinals.

In the early hours of May 14th, the Vietnam U17 and South Korea U17 teams were the last two teams from Group C to advance to the quarterfinals of the 2026 AFC U17 Championship.

Previously, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Japan, China, Uzbekistan, and Australia had already qualified for the quarterfinals.

Vietnam U17 will face Australia U17 in the quarter-finals at 0:00 on May 17th.

Coach Roland's team has been drawn into a relatively favorable bracket. If they brilliantly overcome U17 Australia in the quarter-finals, their opponent in the semi-finals will be either U17 China or U17 Saudi Arabia.

The 2026 AFC U17 Championship finals , initially held in Saudi Arabia, featured 16 teams divided into four groups, playing a single round-robin format. However, North Korea's withdrawal reduced the tournament to 15 teams. The top two teams from each group advanced to the quarterfinals and also qualified for the 2026 U17 World Cup.
