Festival of Librarians to propagate and develop reading culture and introduce books on Vietnam's sovereignty over sea and islands in 2023 with the theme "Vietnam - A country on the shores of waves" coordinated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In collaboration with the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, held from 8 to 11 August, there were 8 delegations attended with nearly 30 members representing more than 700 librarians of 10 provinces, cities and institutions. armed forces in the country.
At the Festival, the Nam Dinh Provincial Library Union participated in 4 contests: introducing the lineup; introducing the book “Green Sea”; introducing the experience initiative "Implement the solution of bringing books to find readers in the coastal areas of Nam Dinh"; talent contest (singing - dancing). At the end of the festival, Nam Dinh Provincial Library Union excellently won the second prize.
