(NLĐO) - In 2025, Da Nang City will organize a series of cultural activities on both banks of the Han River, with many new and innovative breakthroughs, serving both residents and tourists.

The Da Nang City People's Committee has just issued a list of cultural and festival activities on both banks of the Han River. This includes 22 regular activities and 57 annual activities.

Activities and festivals are conveniently scheduled throughout the week and month of the year for both locals and tourists to participate.

From February to September, every Saturday and Sunday, the City's Film and Culture Center organizes Bài Chòi singing performances at the folk art performance space – south of the East bank of the Dragon Bridge on Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District.

Other programs such as street dances, street music , folk dances, and cultural reading festivals, film screenings, etc., are held intermittently on both banks of the Han River, Bach Dang Street, and Tran Hung Dao Street.

With annual events, the city organizes activities in accordance with the timeline and major holidays of the year. In January, there will be activities to celebrate the New Year, a Tet (Lunar New Year) market, etc.

Da Nang City organizes a variety of cultural activities and festivals on both banks of the Han River to attract tourists.

Funding for the event will come from the units' own resources or through social mobilization.

The Da Nang City People's Committee has assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to adjust and organize programs in a suitable, effective, and diverse manner. The program lists will be widely publicized so that residents and tourists can access the information.

Furthermore, the Da Nang City People's Committee also requested that the units participating in organizing the program invest in and innovate both the content and form to attract locals and tourists, aiming to create a unique cultural product on both banks of the Han River.
