On the evening of April 28th, a large crowd of people in Ho Chi Minh City gathered at Bach Dang Wharf on the Saigon River to witness the dress rehearsal of 10,500 unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) as part of the "Colors of Ho Chi Minh City" festival.
