Speaking on VTV , journalist Lai Van Sam said that this was something his generation wouldn't have dared to dream of.
"The digital library is for all children, bringing reading culture to the future generations of the country. Young people have far more opportunities than we do to read books. Reading culture is essential. If you don't have the means to read books, the digital library allows you to access books in a modern way," said journalist Lai Van Sam.
