MC Lieu Ha Trinh said she felt very unwell after giving birth.
She shared that, although she had anticipated entering the most difficult stage of a woman's life, when she actually started the new phase of childbirth, she still felt confused and overwhelmed because she didn't know what to do to best cope.
Previously, Lieu Ha Trinh's life was very relaxing with candles, flowers, and music . But now, everything has been completely disrupted. Diapers and milk are scattered everywhere, and everything is very messy. "My life is completely different from before. Even though I prepared beforehand, I still feel insecure when entering this phase. Everything has completely changed. As someone who is used to a high-level work schedule, I still find it difficult, let alone others. For me, being a new mother is probably the most difficult stage in a woman's life."
However, she admitted that she was fortunate to have the support of her family and the understanding of her husband. They both shared the responsibility of caring for the baby, which helped her avoid the stress that can arise for postpartum women. She spent nights comforting Luka, feeding him, and almost no sleep if he was sick. As a first-time mother, she couldn't help but feel clumsy and awkward at times. She put aside her health and mental issues so that the baby would eat well and sleep soundly.
She and her husband share the workload.
Knowing how to use smart appliances, arranging her space to suit her baby's schedule, and especially asking for more help from her family are how she balances her life as a new mother. Her previous life is now just a dream. That's true, but for Lieu Ha Trinh, the disruption of her past life is compensated by the biggest love she has now.
MC Lieu Ha Trinh admitted that, after 5 weeks since giving birth, she has somewhat adjusted to her new life. The initial shock has passed, but she is entering a new phase: becoming addicted to her baby on social media. For her, posting pictures of her baby online is a bit premature, and this has also received mixed reactions.
Both have strategies for balancing their lives.
But she said: "I want to introduce the greatest love of my life to everyone. The blessings of my aunt and uncle for baby Luka (Lieu Ha Trinh's son) make me feel stronger. I've found a community of mothers who always share and empathize with me. That also makes me happier."
Lieu Ha Trinh doesn't have any secrets to maintaining her figure after giving birth. She lost weight, didn't wear makeup, followed a very strict diet during her postpartum period, and also focused on supplementing with plenty of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, so she felt quite confident about her appearance when she returned to work.
