Invitation to the 2025 Fall Fair

Following Official Dispatch No. 6986/BCT-XTTM dated September 16, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on invitation to participate in the Vietnam National Industry, Trade and Consumer Goods Fair (VIEE 2025) - Autumn Edition (Hereinafter referred to as the Autumn Fair 2025).

Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated September 25, 2025 on assigning the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vingroup Corporation, Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) and relevant ministries, agencies, localities and units to urgently organize the 2025 Autumn Fair in October 2025.

In order to create a channel to promote trade, investment, consumption, economic connection, trade connection, goods, industry, agriculture, services, promote domestic production and import and export activities, the 2025 Autumn Fair will be organized on a larger scale and for a longer period of time, specifically as follows:

1. Time: From October 26 to November 4, 2025.

2. Location: Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Dong Anh, Hanoi .

3. Scale: about 100,000m2 of exhibition area for domestic and international enterprises, corresponding to about 3,000 standard booths (9m2).

4. Industry: processing and manufacturing industry, supporting industry, machinery, mechanics, food and beverage, textiles, footwear, construction materials, handicrafts, consumer goods, e-commerce, information technology and trade services...

5. Participants : Enterprises, cooperatives and trade promotion organizations (hereinafter referred to as enterprises) operating and doing business in the above fields.

6. Costs and deposits to attend the Fair:

a. State support funding

- 100% of rental costs;

- 100% of services such as lighting, water, sanitation... shared by the Fair;

- 100% of the total decoration cost of the Fair;

- 100% of the costs of propaganda and promotion for the Fair;

- Up to 100% of the cost of setting up 01 standard booth/enterprise.

b. Costs that businesses contribute when participating

- 100% of booth setup costs and related services (for businesses registering vacant land);

- Setup costs for the second or more standard booths (for businesses registering for ≥ 02 standard booths).

- 100% of other expenses such as: food, accommodation, travel, shipping...

c. Deposit

- Each participating business needs to deposit 3,000,000 VND/booth (9m2) immediately upon registering to participate in the Program.

+ At Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – SGD (Vietcombank).

+ Address: 11 Lang Ha – Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

+ Transfer content: [Business name] deposit to attend the Fall Fair 2025

- Deposit refund method:

+ For businesses that are not selected to participate in the program: The Center for Trade and Investment Promotion Support - Department of Trade Promotion will refund the deposit to these businesses within 30 working days after the decision to establish a Business Delegation to participate in the Fair.

+ For businesses selected to participate in the program: The Center for Trade and Investment Promotion Support - Department of Trade Promotion will proceed with the payment of deposit fees to businesses that fully fulfill their obligations to participate in the program.

+ In case the enterprises have been selected to participate in the Fair but cancel their participation after October 17, 2025 for any reason or have participated in the Fair but do not fully fulfill their responsibilities and obligations to participate in the program as prescribed by the Organizing Committee, the deposit will not be refunded.

7. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the Fair:

(1) Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit);

(2) Application form (Form 1 attached );

(3) Register to introduce information on the Fair Catalogue (Form 2 attached );

(4) Copies of awards, patents, certificates, and diplomas (domestic and international) that the enterprise has received;

8. Registration deadline: Before October 10, 2025.

Due to the limited number of booths, the Department of Trade Promotion will evaluate and select businesses to participate in the program and will officially notify businesses as soon as the list of participating businesses is approved by the competent authority.
