Every week a program about learning and following Uncle Ho

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Ha, a financial officer of Workshop 41, confided: "By following the fanpage as well as the unit's internal radio about Uncle Ho's teachings, we understand and learn many useful things to perfect the style of Uncle Ho's soldiers, solidarity, attachment, overcoming all difficulties, and determination to complete the task well."

Talking to us, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tien Hai, Political Commissar of Workshop 41 said: “In order for the unit’s cadres, employees, and youth to study, absorb, and follow Uncle Ho’s teachings, recently, the unit has established a column team to create a video clip “Learning and following Uncle Ho’s teachings every week”, headed by Major Ha Ka, Head of the Technical Department. Every week, in addition to professional work, the column team creates a video clip to study and follow Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality, and style, bringing real images of the unit’s activities to convey to cadres, employees, union members, youth, and people in the area. Every week, there is a new column, lasting from 5 to 7 minutes, broadcast daily on the internal radio system and the unit’s fanpage. With the motto “slow and steady wins the race”, Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality, and style gradually permeate the awareness of the unit’s cadres, employees, and youth.”

Watching a video clip directly, we were captivated by the emotional voice, attractive content, and relevance to the unit's activities. Each video clip has 4 main parts: Introducing the birth of the column "Learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings every week"; the current results of implementing that content; the results of learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings of the unit's staff; implementation solutions, and ideological orientation for staff.

Major Ha Ka, head of the column team, shared: “The most difficult part for us is recording and selecting images. After writing the commentary, we collect appropriate documents and images, especially images of the unit’s actual activities, to create a video clip that is lively and engaging.”

With the characteristics of a technical unit, officers, employees, especially young people, all use smartphones, the column "Learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings every week" has become an effective information channel. The column also spreads useful information to officers, soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces, the Technical Department and local people. Colonel Ha Huy Hoang, Political Director of the Technical Department of Military Region 4 shared: "We direct agencies, units, officers and employees with personal social networking pages to connect with the fanpage of Workshop 41 to follow and study together. Through that, all agencies and units in the Technical Department in particular, and the Military Region in general, can follow this column. From there, Uncle Ho's teachings are always conveyed to officers and soldiers, strengthening their confidence, will, determination, and striving to complete all tasks well".
