A weekly program on learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Ha, a finance officer at Workshop 41, shared: "Following the fanpage and listening to the unit's internal broadcast about Uncle Ho's teachings has helped us understand and learn many useful things to improve our 'Uncle Ho's Soldier' style, foster unity and solidarity, overcome all difficulties, and resolutely complete our tasks."

In a conversation with us, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tien Hai, Political Officer of Workshop 41, said: “To help officers, staff, and young people in the unit study, internalize, and follow Uncle Ho's teachings, the unit has recently established a team to create video clips titled 'Learning and Following Uncle Ho's Teachings Every Week,' led by Major Ha Ka, Head of the Technical Department. Each week, in addition to their professional work, the team creates a video clip showcasing the unit's activities, including learning and following Uncle Ho's thoughts, ethics, and style, conveying real-life images to officers, staff, union members, youth, and the people in the area. Each week features a new segment, lasting 5 to 7 minutes, broadcast daily on the unit's internal broadcasting system and fanpage. Following the principle of 'slow and steady wins the race,' Uncle Ho's thoughts, ethics, and style are gradually seeping into the awareness of the unit's officers, staff, and young people.”

Watching the video clips live, we were captivated by the expressive voiceover and engaging content, which was relevant to the unit's activities. Each video clip was structured into four main parts: an introduction to the origins of the weekly segment "Learning and Following President Ho Chi Minh's Teachings"; the current results of implementing that content; the results of learning and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings by the unit's staff; and solutions for implementation and ideological guidance for staff.

Major Ha Ka, head of the commentary team, shared: “The most difficult part for us is recording the audio and selecting the images. After writing the commentary, we collect suitable materials and images, especially images of the unit's actual activities, to create video clips that are lively and engaging.”

Given its specialized technical nature, with officers and staff, especially young people, using smartphones, the weekly "Learning and Following President Ho Chi Minh's Teachings" section has become an effective information channel. The section also disseminates useful information to officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces, the Technical Department, and the people in the area. Colonel Ha Huy Hoang, Head of Political Affairs of the Technical Department of Military Region 4, shared: "We instruct agencies, units, officers, and staff to connect their personal social media accounts to the fanpage of Workshop 41 to follow and learn together. Through this, all agencies and units in the Technical Department in particular, and the Military Region in general, can follow this section. From there, President Ho Chi Minh's teachings are always conveyed to officers and soldiers, strengthening their faith, will, determination, and efforts to successfully complete all tasks."
