This activity is of practical significance in celebrating the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2025) and the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 – December 22, 2025).
Speaking at the statue presentation ceremony, Colonel Ha Van Ai, Deputy Political Commissar of the Hue City Military Command, emphasized that the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense's presentation of portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to 40 communes and wards in Hue City is an activity of particularly profound political , ideological, and cultural significance; it expresses the sacred feelings and boundless gratitude of the Party Committee, government, armed forces, and people of Hue City towards the great President Ho Chi Minh – the brilliant leader of our Party and nation.
Leaders of the Hue City Military Command stated that the presentation of the portrait statue of President Ho Chi Minh not only carries immense spiritual value but is also a cultural and political project of lasting significance, contributing to fostering revolutionary ideals, educating patriotic traditions, and raising a sense of responsibility among cadres, Party members, and people in the localities.

The leaders of the City Military Command requested that localities preserve and respectfully place the portrait statue of President Ho Chi Minh at their offices to remind them of the spirit of unity, responsibility, and aspiration to follow his example, contributing to improving public service ethics and better fulfilling the responsibility of serving the people.
At the presentation ceremony, representatives from the communes and wards affirmed their commitment to preserving and promoting the value of the statues of President Ho Chi Minh, continuing to unite and strive to fulfill their duties well, building a clean and strong grassroots government, and contributing to building a more civilized, prosperous, and sustainably developed Hue.
