The meeting was chaired by comrades: Dinh Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; and Nguyen Thi Kim Nguyen, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
At the gathering, musician Tran Xuan Tien shared his thoughts on the role of music throughout the periods of resistance against the French, the Americans, and in the present day. He emphasized that music is an extremely important spiritual weapon, fostering patriotism and encouraging the fighting spirit of our army and people during extremely difficult times.

Musician Nguyen Quang Vinh, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Music Association, emphasized the impact of AI music on artists' creativity, audience music appreciation, and the challenges related to copyright and identity in creative work.
He argued that artists are also cultural warriors, who must clearly understand their responsibility and duty in creating and transmitting beautiful lyrics, melodies, and meaningful messages that endure over time to future generations of music listeners.

The artists also engaged in lively discussions about enhancing the role of music, the responsibility of artists in contributing to building a better spiritual life for the people, embodying the values of truth, goodness, and beauty, and how musical works contribute to shaping human character.
According to Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the program has helped connect generations of artists, helping them understand their profession and each other better; providing artists with experiences to learn from each other, and small joys with colleagues when they "shed their roles"—no longer famous singers, but fellow colleagues who walk together, listen together, and share together.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee always appreciates and hopes that its members will contribute their talents to society by creating meaningful and valuable works. These are works that help people live better lives, contributing to the formation of human character, always striving for what is good, beautiful, virtuous, and civilized, compassionate, and ethical.
