How much is one stack of 500,000 dong worth of money?

According to Article 4 of Circular 01/2014/TT-NHNN, the regulations on packaging cash are as follows:

A bundle of money consists of 1,000 banknotes of the same denomination and material, bound into 10 stacks. Each stack contains 100 banknotes.

A money bag contains 20 bundles of banknotes of the same denomination and material.

A bag of coins contains 1,000 pieces of metal currency of the same denomination, packaged into 20 bars. Each bar contains 50 pieces.

A box of coins contains 2,000 new metal coins of the same denomination, packaged into 40 bars. Each bar contains 50 coins.

A box of metal coins contains 10 bags of coins of the same denomination.

These regulations help ensure that cash is packaged properly and conveniently for transportation and use.

According to the convention of the State Bank of Vietnam , a stack of 500,000 dong banknotes contains 100 notes. The total value of a stack of 500,000 dong banknotes is equivalent to 50 million dong.

So, one bundle of 500,000 VND notes contains 1,000 notes and is worth 500 million VND.
