Al Arabiya, citing informed sources, reported that the next round of talks between the US and Iran could take place in Islamabad after the Hajj pilgrimage concludes.
The source also indicated that final steps are underway to finalize the text of the agreement between Washington and Tehran. Pakistan's Chief of Staff, Asim Munir, is expected to visit Iran on Friday to announce the final version of the agreement.

Prior to this, starting on April 11th, the US and Iran held several rounds of talks in Islamabad, but failed to reach an agreement on a long-term solution due to lingering disagreements.
On April 21, US President Donald Trump announced his intention to extend the ceasefire agreement with Iran. However, Iranian state television reported that Tehran does not recognize Washington's unilateral extension of the agreement and will act in accordance with its national interests.
Iran and the US continue discussions on a 14-point peace plan.
In related developments, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Tehran is still pursuing talks with the US "in good faith," although it maintains "deep suspicion" of Washington.
Mr. Baghaei confirmed that the two sides had exchanged numerous messages through Pakistan as an intermediary, based on the 14-point peace proposal put forward by Iran. According to him, Tehran has received a response from the US and is reviewing the relevant contents.
Iranian officials emphasized that Tehran's current priority is to end hostilities on "all fronts," including Lebanon. At the same time, Iran continues to demand the resolution of issues such as frozen assets and maritime shipping.
"Our demands are very clear: The issue concerns the return of frozen Iranian assets and the actions they are taking regarding the shipments of goods from the Islamic Republic of Iran. These are issues that have been stated very clearly from the beginning," Baghaei emphasized.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei reiterated Iran's goodwill and absolute seriousness in negotiations with the US, while stating that Washington needs to demonstrate its own seriousness.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson also affirmed that the country's armed forces are maintaining a high state of vigilance because Tehran "cannot place trust" in the US after the events of the past year.
"We are always vigilant and our armed forces are on high alert, because we absolutely cannot have any trust in the opposing side," Baghaei noted.
Baghaei rejected reports that Washington had issued an ultimatum or imposed deadlines on Iran, saying such pressure "would not work" on the Islamic Republic of Iran.
"We are focused on pursuing our interests and rights despite the threats. Therefore, such things certainly have no effect on the Islamic Republic of Iran. We are doing our own thing," Baghaei said.
