The inspection will cover the implementation of regulations on receiving and processing administrative procedures and public services for individuals and organizations, focusing on the processing of administrative dossiers for individuals and organizations through the "one-stop shop" and "integrated one-stop shop" mechanisms; the implementation of regulations related to citizen reception, handling and resolution of petitions; the performance of duties by officials, civil servants, and employees; the evaluation and assessment of the performance of officials, civil servants, and employees; and the implementation of administrative discipline and order.

The Department of Internal Affairs is the permanent agency of the City's Public Service Inspection Team. Departments, boards, and agencies; People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns; and central agencies organized vertically and located in the city shall develop and implement public service inspection plans; decide to establish Public Service Inspection Teams to inspect public service at their respective agencies and subordinate units, with the team leader being a leader of the agency or unit; and at the same time create favorable conditions for the City's Public Service Inspection Team to carry out its tasks in the locality, agency, or unit.
