The Italian ambassador emphasized that the food week will focus on creating a harmonious blend between Vietnam and Italy. The food week aims to promote dialogue between the culinary traditions of the two countries, connecting people's interests through workshops, food tasting events, art exhibitions, and food festivals.
At the opening event, attendees enjoyed flavorful Italian dishes such as gelato, espresso, smoked salmon, wine, pasta, and more, as well as exploring diverse product stalls from the country shaped like a boot.
The "Taste of Italy" exhibition, scheduled to last two weeks (from November 15-29) at MM Mega Market, aims to introduce Vietnamese consumers to the rich culinary culture of Italy and contribute to promoting the consumption of imported food and beverage products from this European economy.
