That's the Fenice High-Jewelry watch from Bvlgari (or Bulgari) - a high-end Italian jewelry and watch brand founded in 1884 - which is priced at over 80 billion Vietnamese dong.
At first glance, this watch is designed to resemble a phoenix, which Bvlgari describes as using a mythical creature to celebrate eternity.
Fenice High-Jewelry is crafted after more than 3,000 hours of labor with over 160 carats of stunning gemstones, including blue, pink, and purple sapphires, amethyst, ruby… and of course, diamonds.

The most striking feature on the watch face is a rare 9.78-carat Paraiba Tourmaline gemstone. Just below it is a diamond-set dial.
This Bvlgari watch is a contender in the Jewellery category for watches that demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship in jewelry making and gem setting, and stand out for its selection of gemstones.
Another contender in the same category is the Laguna High-Jewelry by Chopard. This piece is made of rose gold, 18-carat white gold, and titanium, and is set with pink, purple, and pastel blue sapphires (totaling 10 carats), topaz (4.28 carats), natural pearls (1.63 carats), emeralds (1.47 carats), diamonds (1.28 carats), and purple garnets…

TAG Heuer's products competing in the Chronograph category are mechanical watches with at least one stopwatch indicator. This watch is priced at nearly 4 billion VND.
In addition, many other million-dollar watches are on display at the exhibition at the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House (District 1).
