According to the 4:30 PM news bulletin on November 21st from the relevant agency, soil moisture models show that some areas in Khanh Hoa province are nearing saturation, exceeding 80%. Over the next 6 hours, total rainfall is expected to be between 20-50mm, with some areas exceeding 60mm. A warning has been issued regarding the risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams in mountainous areas; landslides on slopes, and land subsidence in communes of Khanh Hoa province (details in the image). Flash floods and landslides negatively impact the environment, threaten people's lives, cause localized traffic congestion, and destroy public and economic infrastructure, resulting in losses to production and socio-economic activities.
