Quickly stabilize organization and operations
At 7:00 a.m. on November 1, at the People's Committee of Tan Tien Ward (Nha Trang City), all the officials and civil servants were present and happily greeted each other. Among them, there were people who worked in the same ward, some were new acquaintances, but all had a spirit of solidarity and friendliness, because from now on they will work together under the same roof. The signboard of the People's Committee of Tan Tien Ward was neatly installed, replacing the signboard of the People's Committee of Phuoc Tien Ward (old). Officials and civil servants were informed of the key tasks that needed to be done on the first working day. Similarly, in Van Thanh and Phuong Sai wards (Nha Trang), on the first working day, the departments still ensured continuous work. In the morning, the ward leaders assigned specific tasks to each professional department with the view of making efforts to solve the work effectively, prioritizing matters directly related to the people.
The newly established communes in Dien Khanh district and Ninh Hoa town have urgently implemented the handover work to ensure normal operations on the first working day. In Ninh Hoa town, the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ninh Van commune (old) has replaced the nameplate of the People's Committee of Ninh Phuoc commune (new); the working positions for cadres and civil servants have been carefully arranged, especially those who receive people and handle administrative procedures. The headquarters of the People's Committee of Ninh Phuoc commune (old) has been maintained, as a place to receive simple administrative procedures, so people do not feel disturbed or inconvenienced. In Dien Khanh district, the headquarters of Xuan Dong commune (the headquarters of the old Dien Xuan commune) has been replaced with a new nameplate. Ensure serious and effective implementation

Knowing about the administrative unit arrangement, on the morning of November 1, Mr. Tran Ngoc Hien went to the People's Committee of Van Thanh Ward to ask about the procedure for changing the business registration certificate for the Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company Branch in Nha Trang, where he is the chief accountant, to the new ward address. Mr. Hien said: "My house is on 2/4 Street, Van Thang Ward (old), now Van Thanh Ward. I am very happy to know that the administrative procedure settlement system has been updated, installed appropriately and promptly, and the civil servants have enthusiastically guided me in completing the documents. In my opinion, the merger will not affect the normal activities of the people if it is fully disseminated and informed, especially regarding the implementation of procedures for converting related documents due to changes in administrative unit boundaries". Mr. Le Van Nhay (Van Hoa 1 Residential Group, Van Thanh Ward) said that the ward has disseminated information to residential groups about the administrative unit arrangement very early, so people are well aware and feel secure.
According to information from the Department of Home Affairs, in recent days, the People's Committees of Nha Trang City, Ninh Hoa Town, and Dien Khanh District have all stepped up information and propaganda on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units; basically completed the preparations for the new commune-level administrative units to officially operate from November 1. Relevant localities have coordinated with the Provincial Police to carry out procedures for registering new seals for new communes and wards according to regulations; issued decisions on assigning the number of cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level, plans for arranging and assigning cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level; arranged party organizations and leadership and management positions; reviewed and prepared documents to submit to competent authorities for decision on classifying new commune-level administrative units; Statistics, inventory of assets, facilities, records, documents, books for handover... From now until November 30, localities will continue to carry out tasks to ensure progress.
