Nghe An province sets deadline for reorganizing and streamlining its administrative apparatus.

(NLDO) - Nghe An province completed the reorganization of Party agencies and established provincial-level Party organizations and district-level Party agencies before February 15th.

Recently, after hearing reports from the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the plan for streamlining and reorganizing the organizational structure at agencies, units, and localities in the province, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee concluded as follows:

Accordingly, regarding the restructuring of Party agencies and the establishment of provincial-level Party organizations (with the authority of the Provincial Party Committee): The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee will announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee on the merger of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; the establishment of two new Party organizations directly under the Provincial Party Committee; the termination of the activities of two Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; the termination of the activities of Party groups and Party committees; and the termination of the activities of the Provincial Committee for the Protection and Care of Cadre Health before February 15, 2025.

For district-level Party organizations: Complete the reorganization of the apparatus before February 15, 2025.

Regarding the reorganization of government agencies: The Provincial People's Council and the District People's Councils shall convene to pass resolutions and announce decisions on the reorganization of the government apparatus, to be completed no later than February 21, 2025.
