During the program, fishermen and boat owners listened to officers from the Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station disseminate information on legal regulations concerning the sea and islands, the protection of aquatic resources, and the prevention of illegal and unreported fishing. This helped fishermen understand and improve their awareness of complying with the law when participating in fishing activities at sea.
