Accordingly, each team will be headed by a Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, with a representative from the Department of Internal Affairs as the deputy head, and members being representatives from relevant departments, agencies, and localities.

The heads of the working groups are responsible for directing the assigned areas; they shall establish support teams consisting of members from relevant departments and agencies (if necessary). They shall proactively develop work plans and programs for the group and implement them to ensure progress. During implementation, any difficulties or obstacles encountered shall be reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

These working groups will be under the direct supervision of Mr. Le Hong Vinh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The working groups will provide input on options for rearranging grassroots-level administrative units (communes, wards); assigning staff and civil servants when rearranging and reorganizing administrative units; arranging and utilizing public assets; and establishing headquarters for new administrative units and public service units after rearrangement.

The task force must complete its mission before April 7th.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Le Hong Vinh, instructed the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns, who are members of the working groups, to review and promptly develop plans for the rearrangement of administrative units based on the prescribed standards and the actual situation of their localities, ensuring progress and compliance with regulations.
