"The biggest challenge for me was finding a balance between identity and global standards. International audiences don't share the same cultural memories as we do, so I had to learn how to 'translate' Vietnamese elements into a language that everyone could relate to. That required me to observe more, listen more, and sometimes accept changing familiar habits," she shared.
