On the afternoon of February 23rd, numerous artists and audience members came to light incense and remember the stage star, who for many years in a row was voted the winner of the Mai Vàng Award by readers of the Người Lao Động newspaper.

In addition, a large number of YouTubers and TikTokers were present to film and livestream during the first anniversary of his death.

Hong Loan's daughter, Binh Tinh's adopted daughter, Vu Luan, and other family members gathered to remember the artist who was loved by audiences both domestically and internationally.

The preparations for the memorial service were also made possible with the help of Meritorious Artist Vu Luan and artist Binh Tinh.

When discussing the lawsuit, Hong Loan hoped that everything would be resolved quickly so that her adoptive father could rest in peace in the Buddhist realm. Artist Binh Tinh also prayed for all good things to come to the family of her adoptive father - the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh.

"He doesn't want any young actors to address him as 'teacher,' whether on stage, backstage, or in the theater—wherever he is, it becomes a place to pass on his skills, with dedication and strictness. He is both my foster father, my teacher, and a respected fellow actor in my life," shared artist Binh Tinh.

Due to health reasons, Meritorious Artist Diệu Hiền was unable to visit her student's grave on the anniversary of his death. She recalled Vũ Linh's impoverished past, how his perseverance in honing his craft led to his success, and how, after meeting her and the late artist Trương Ánh Loan and becoming their apprentice, Vũ Linh developed his talent and quickly rose to become a star actor in many theater troupes.

Later, Vu Linh founded the "The Ferryman" program, performed at the Hung Dao Theater in Hanoi, to guide and support young actors of that time such as Huu Quoc, Que Tran, Tu Suong, Trinh Trinh, Binh Tinh, Thy Trang, Tam Tam, Thy Phuong, Chinh Nhan… to continue the profession more steadily.
