The sweet fruits of production and business

All efforts to improve the lives of employees at Supe Lam Thao are built on a solid foundation of stable production and business performance, which serves as a basis for increasing employee income.

The company's business results last year showed an impressive revenue of nearly 3,900 billion VND. This growth helped 100% of the company's employees maintain stable employment with an average income reaching 17.25 million VND/person/month. This is a high income level, a dream for many workers in the chemical industry. Regular salaries, bonuses, insurance contributions, and benefits are paid fully, transparently, and promptly by the company. In particular, the company pays close attention to and maintains its welfare system annually. In 2025, the company organized five trips for over 900 employees to Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh, with a budget exceeding 3.5 billion VND. This is also the second year that the company has organized a study tour to Singapore and Malaysia for 63 outstanding employees selected from various units and factories, with a total cost of nearly 1.3 billion VND. To "thank the employees," the company increased the birthday gift from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND per person per year; and maintained the meal allowance at 830,000 VND per person. The meal menu is constantly being improved. In 2025, the company will add Vinamilk yogurt to the dessert menu along with beverages such as tea, coffee, and soy milk. Notably, from the beginning of the year, the company has added a supplementary meal at 23,000 VND per serving, consisting of a variety of nutritious dishes so employees can choose food according to their preferences.

Mr. Le Van Hoang, Chairman of the company's Trade Union, stated: "Beyond focusing on wages, the company's leadership closely collaborates with the Trade Union to comprehensively upgrade the daily living conditions for employees. The most prominent highlight of this effort is the '5 Houses' model, which includes: a clean and modern canteen with a diverse menu, free drinks and fruit for dessert; upgraded bathroom facilities ensuring clean water; standard toilets that are regularly cleaned; changing rooms equipped with convenient personal lockers; and a modern dormitory and laundry room for protective clothing, freeing up labor for workers. Simultaneously, the working environment at the factories is continuously being greened according to the 'Green - Clean - Beautiful' criteria."

Unleashing creativity through understanding...

The application of science and technology, including the installation of dust extraction and exhaust gas treatment systems in the factory, has significantly reduced the intensity of hazardous work, directly protecting the health of workers. Supe Lam Thao has successfully built a corporate culture where the voices and contributions of employees are always respected. The creative labor emulation movement has become a hallmark of the company with the slogan "Every person a new idea – every day a new innovation." Last year alone, 139 projects and initiatives from 428 authors were recognized by the company's Innovation Council, generating billions of dong in benefits. These contributions are promptly acknowledged by the leadership through well-deserved "on-the-spot bonuses," creating strong motivation for employees to enthusiastically contribute. Comprehensive care is provided, from health to family support.

Social welfare and healthcare for employees are consistently and comprehensively implemented. Annually, during "Workers' Month," the company organizes free general health check-ups and disease screenings for thousands of employees. Simultaneously, welfare booths offer deep discounts, and essential shopping vouchers are distributed directly to workers in difficult circumstances. Besides the employees, their families also receive thoughtful attention. Activities such as birthday gifts, caring for children on Children's Day (June 1st) and the Mid-Autumn Festival, and awarding outstanding students who are children of employees are regularly maintained. For outstanding and exemplary employees, the company organizes study tours and experience-sharing trips both domestically and internationally to help them rejuvenate their energy.
