The Public Transport Management Center - Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport has just launched an application providing information on public passenger transport (GoBus TPHCM) on the Zalo platform.

The GoBus Ho Chi Minh City mini-app on Zalo will inherit all the features from the Go!Bus Ho Chi Minh City app version on the CH Play and AppStore app stores. However, users do not need to download and install any additional applications.

With GoBus Ho Chi Minh City, residents and tourists can search for bus routes based on their departure point, destination, travel time, and the route of bus stops.

The app also provides detailed information about the operating schedules of each bus route, including departure times and travel times. New information about the Ho Chi Minh City bus system, such as route changes and fares, will also be updated on the app.

For those who rarely travel by bus, simply enter your current location and destination, and the mini-app will advise you on the best route. Furthermore, GoBus Ho Chi Minh City helps users track their location and predict bus arrival times in real time, allowing them to proactively plan their travel time and avoid long waits or missing their bus.

Besides its main features, the "GoBus TPHCM" mini-app on Zalo also integrates many other utilities such as "Send Feedback". This allows users to provide feedback, helping the bus system improve its service quality.

To use GoBus TPHCM services, users can enter the keyword "GoBus TPHCM" in the Zalo search bar, then click on the mini-app. This integration is expected to promote digital transformation, bringing public transportation services in Ho Chi Minh City to the people quickly and widely.
