Look up the schedule of power cuts via Zalo
People can easily look up the power cut schedule through Zalo. In the main screen of Zalo, enter the name of the electricity corporation in the area where you live in the search bar above (EVNHANOI, EVNHCMC, EVNNPC, EVNSPC or EVNCPC).

After that, the customer selects the account of the corresponding power company and then clicks "Interested". At the messaging screen, follow the instructions to link the customer code.
Click Look Up > Outage Schedule (for EVNHANOI, EVNSPC and EVNCPC), click Request > Look Up > Look Up Outage Schedule (for EVNNPC).
With EVNHCMC, the power outage schedule will be automatically messaged after the user links the customer code.
Look up the power cut schedule via the app
First, customers download EVNHCMC Customer Care application on iTunes for iPhone and on Google Play App for Android phones.
At the main screen of the application, enter your phone number if you already have an account, just enter the password, and when the user does not have an account, the system will guide you to register. Then you enter the password and confirm the information by sms message sent to your phone number.

After confirming the sms message information, at the main interface of the EVNHCMC app, the user clicks on settings, then selects the power point link to connect electricity at your place.
Next, click on add the power point link, then fill in the customer code box with the information on the electric paper starting with PE and click check.
Finally, when the connection is complete, the system will return to the main screen, users who click on the power cut schedule can find out detailed information about the power cut schedule at your place. Customers can also check the schedule of power cuts in the HCMC area in the area bar.
Look up the schedule of power cuts through the website
The customer care centers of 5 corporations under the Vietnam Electricity Group all have services to look up information on the website.
Accordingly, people can actively monitor the time, status and specific power cut area based on the province/city or customer code (if any).

In Hanoi is the City Electricity Corporation. Hanoi (EVNHANOI) and Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation (EVNHCMC). Users need to log in to the account associated with the customer code to look up information.
In the Northern regions (except Hanoi): Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC); Southern region (except HCMC): Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC); Central region: Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC). Users also need to log in to the account associated with the customer code.
